This elegant Mother’s Peapod® necklace would make a meaningful gift for any mother. The peapod-shaped pendant (available in 14 karat gold, sterling silver, and vermeil) can be set with between one and eight freshwater Birthpearls® or natural gemstone ‘peas’ to represent each member of your family. The freshwater pearls are custom dyed to match each month’s birthstone. As your family grows, you can upgrade your handmade pendant to include more stunning colored Birthpearls® or gemstones.

- Vermeil: Vermeil is a durable and long-lasting 18 karat gold plate that is at a minimum 5 times thicker than standard gold plating.
- Chains: The most common chain length for women is 18” inches. We pair each design with a chain we feel fits the style best, but have many beautiful options to choose from.
- Pea Colors: We use custom-dyed freshwater pearls and natural gemstone ‘peas’. Due to their organic nature, their shape and size may vary, making every piece unique. Note that colors may slightly vary depending on your device.
